Data gathered for this event shall only be used and stored to allow operator of the Event to process your registration/housing for said event and conduct business with you.  LamontCo/LiveCon and the technology provided will not access said data for any other purposes, and said data is kept confidential according to our strict privacy policy and is in compliance with the all known laws.   Should you desire your information to be "forgotten" after the execution of this event, please make a written request to our compliance officer at datacompliance@lamontco.com specifying the event and your full name and email address so we can erase your data to the extent allowed by law.    Financial records shall for example be retained for up to ten years depending on the jurisdiction of the event and sponsor, however, non-financial identifying information shall be removed from the system.
