If this is your first time earning Club, well done! You now have the opportunity to experience firsthand why Club is a unique recognition and tradition at Reynolds.

You are the special guest of Reynolds and Reynolds. The company has arranged for all of your hotel accommodations, designated meals and activities, luggage handling, transfers and taxes connected with the events specified in your daily itinerary. Charges for checked baggage may be expensed following the program. See your expense report instructions for details.

ACCOMMODATIONS

• PRESIDENT’S CLUB: Achiever receives a Casita Junior Suite, may bring a Guest, company-paid throughout (including airfare, room, meals, activities, entertainment). 4-night, 5-day trip. Achiever and Guest arrive DAY 1 and depart DAY 5.
• 300 CLUB: Achiever receives a single run of house room, may bring a Guest; however, 300 Club Achiever must pick up the cost of their guest’s airfare; remaining stay (room, meals, activities, entertainment) is company-paid. 3-night, 4-day trip. Achiever and Guest arrive DAY 1 and depart DAY 4.

MEALS

ACTIVITIES
The number of activities allotted is dependent upon each attendee’s merit level:

• PRESIDENT’S CLUB: Two (2) activities each for Achiever and Guest, plus chosen activity on PC day.
• 300 CLUB: Two (2) activities each for Achiever and Guest.

GRATUITIES
Reynolds and Reynolds is responsible for gratuities for all program activities. However, feel free to tip at your discretion for any special
or personal service that you may receive during your stay, at your expense.

NAME BADGES
You and your guest will receive a name badge when you arrive on-site. Please wear your name badge to all group activities as a courtesy to your fellow attendees and to identify yourself as a guest of Reynolds and Reynolds.
