Out of Town Customers: Up to $350 air reimbursement. (In order to receive air reimbursement you must attend the CSR activity and dinner on Monday as well as all events on Tuesday.)
DFW (Local) Customers: No reimbursement for Customers driving into the conference.
Guestroom Accomodations
Out of Town Customers: Complimentary accommodations Monday and Tuesday night at the Live! by Loews.
DFW (Local) Customers: Once all out of town customers have been registered and confirmed, we will open our remaining guestrooms to our local customers on a first come, first serve basis. You will be notified in writing if we are able to accommodate a guestroom for you.
