Brett Berman is currently the Senior Director of Passenger and Crew Claims for Norwegian Cruise Line. In his role at NCL, Mr. Berman is responsible for the oversight and management of all claims, litigations and arbitrations brought by passengers and crewmembers against NCL. Prior to joining NCL, Mr. Berman spent several years as a civil litigation attorney in private practice, with significant time and attention devoted to maritime and insurance law (in other words, he’s spent the better part of his career litigating, arbitrating, researching, arguing, briefing, pondering, and otherwise handling crew claims). He was born and raised in Miami, earned his Law Degree from the University of Miami and is a member of the Florida Bar.
