Mr. Valdés practices both admiralty and maritime law and residential and commercial real estate litigation and transactional work since graduating from law school in 1994 from St. Thomas School of Law in Miami, Florida. Mr. Valdés is licensed to practice in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Valdés’ concentration on the admiralty and maritime law side is representing injured crew, longshoremen and harborworkers and cruise passengers. Mr. Valdés is a member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Florida Bar Admiralty Law Committee and the Fort Lauderdale Mariners Club.
